The appellant and Castillo were charged with first degree burglary and found guilty after trial by jury. Bustamante was sentenced to not less than 12 nor more than 15 years imprisonment while Castillo was sentenced to a term of not less than 1 nor more than 5 years. Castillos appeal was dismissed on his own motion. Bustamante contends that the trial court erred in admitting evidence allegedly obtained through an illegal search and seizure and also that the sentence was excessive.
