Bunn, appellant, drove her automobile on Diamond Head Road in Honolulu at a high rate of speed, crossed over the center line to the left side of the road, and struck an automobile approaching from the opposite direction. The occupants of the approaching automobile, Christopher J. Benny, and his wife, Ruth Lucille, were injured in the accident and subsequently died.
